Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use SellerPort MCP and connect it to your AI assistants.

Last updated 14 October 2026

1. Agreement

These terms apply to your use of SellerPort MCP, including the website, the dashboard, the remote MCP connector at https://mcp.sellerport.io/mcp and the MCP client package. By creating an account or connecting an AI client you agree to them. If you use SellerPort MCP for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

2. The service

SellerPort MCP connects your Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Ads, Noon, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Meta Ads accounts to AI assistants that support the Model Context Protocol. It reads data from those accounts and, when you ask, makes changes in them.

3. Your account and connections

  • Keep your sign-in details and MCP tokens confidential. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.
  • Only connect accounts you are authorized to use, and keep using them within the terms of each provider (for example the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement and the Amazon Ads terms).
  • You can disconnect a provider or an AI client at any time.

4. Changes made through AI assistants

Some tools change live accounts: prices, merchant-fulfilled quantity, listing titles, shipment confirmations, Vendor purchase order acknowledgements, and campaign status, budgets and keyword bids. These tools are marked as write actions to the AI client, and most clients ask you to approve each call. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the changes your assistant makes. AI assistants can misunderstand requests, so check important changes in the provider's own console.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not access accounts or data you are not authorized to use.
  • Do not attempt to break, overload or bypass the security of the service or of the providers it connects to.
  • Do not use the service to violate any law or any provider policy, including data protection rules for customer information.
  • Do not resell access to the service without our written permission.

6. Third-party providers

Data comes from third-party APIs. Their availability, rate limits, report delays and accuracy are outside our control, and a provider may change or withdraw its API. AI clients such as Claude and ChatGPT are operated by their own companies under their own terms.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and connected account data.

8. Plans and fees

Paid plans are described on the Pricing page. We will tell you before any change to the price of a plan you are on.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". Figures returned by tools reflect what the provider APIs report at the time of the request and may differ from provider consoles because of reporting delays or time zones. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from changes you approved through an AI assistant, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or a provider at risk, and will tell you why where we can.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do; material changes are emailed to account owners in advance. Questions: support@growithamazon.com.
