No. Growth and Scale trials last 14 days. Afterwards the workspace moves to Starter unless you choose a paid plan.
One authorization with a provider, such as one Seller Central login. Marketplaces discovered under that login do not count separately.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the end of the billing period.
